Various projects I created for promotions. 
A logo/t-shirt design for the Amateur Astronomers Association celebration of the 2012 viewing of the Venus Transit (Venus will be traveling in between the earth and the sun, causing a small spot to appear on the sun).
Promotional candy cigarettes for a stand up comic.
Design for a rap mixtape by 730 Diplomats, featuring a performer named Shrek. This was a commissioned piece, to have the performer Shrek's tattoos placed on the cartoon Shrek in 2D animation style.

Bar Bao Commissioned Wall Art
This is artwork I was commissioned to do for Bar Bao, a restaurant from chef Michael Bao. The restaurant was located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, and featured Vietnamese fusion cuisine. The original commission was for a large piece of wall art, with several other pieces to be places around the restaurant as table tops, match books, napkins, etc at a later date. The wall art (which is the only piece that made it all the way through to production before the restaurant was closed by the owners) was made up of various Communist Era Vietnamese propaganda posters, cleaned up to be inoffensive, printed onto wood, then slip up and arranged to resemble a giant bar code. The rest of the artwork that had yet to make it to production, are more recreated posters, cleaned up to be inoffensive.
